Join us for an epic night of culture, friendship, and pallet pleasing perfection as Bistro VG celebrates chef Pano and his recently debuted cookbook, Modern Greek Cooking: 100 Recipes for Meze, Entrees and Desserts!

Pano visits longtime friend Nicholas Sousounis of Bistro VG to join forces with executive chef Jordan Chen of Bistro VG and guest chef Piero Premoli of Pricci, to share a taste of his beloved Greek culture.

Join us on Wednesday, November 14, for plentiful hors doeuvres, a Greek champagne toast, personalized copies of the book from chef Pano, all alongside live music. The perfect celebration before the holidays begin.

Tickets are $49 including a signed copy of the book (retails for $37.50), hors doeuvres and champagne. Tickets excluding the book are $34 each. All prices include tax and gratuity. Additional copies will be available for purchase.
